born and raised in laguna beach, shannon started working at a home-decor store in town and began doing visual merchandising there. during and after college, she took on roles with bigger corporations such as fossil, anthropologie, and banana republic. and started working on fun projects at home in the evenings and on weekends. creativity comes and goes, and she has taken note of what helps bring it out....for her, it's nature, adventure, and music. with each turn of events, she has learned a lot about her range of creative interests...hence cargo creative, the combination of the creative works she loves....visual merchandising, styling, prop styling, event decor, floral design, and arts + crafts workshops...
